Our Commitment
EB Bombers is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for participants, families, volunteers, sponsors, and community members. These policies help ensure that our programs, events, facilities, and community activities are conducted in a manner that reflects our mission and values.
Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, guardians, volunteers, coaches, sponsors, and visitors are expected to:
• Treat others with respect and courtesy
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship
• Follow instructions from event organizers and volunteers
• Respect facilities, equipment, and community property
• Promote a positive environment for all participants
• Support fair play, inclusion, and teamwork
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Participant Expectations
Participants are expected to follow all event and facility rules, respect teammates and opponents, use equipment responsibly, and follow safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from activities.
Parent and Guardian Expectations
Parents and guardians are expected to support a positive experience, encourage sportsmanship, refrain from confrontational behavior, and respect officials and staff.
Facility Use Policy
- Respect field and facility rules
- Dispose of trash properly
- Report hazards or damage
- Use designated areas appropriately
- Follow posted safety guidelines
Volunteer Policy
- Act professionally and respectfully
- Follow organizational guidelines
- Promote participant safety
- Represent EB Bombers positively within the community
Safety Policy
Participant safety is a top priority. Activities may be modified, postponed, or canceled due to weather, field conditions, safety concerns, or emergency situations.
Photography & Media
Participation acknowledges that photos or videos may be taken for website and marketing. Requests for exclusion can be made directly to EB Bombers.
Donations & Sponsorships
Contributions support field improvements, equipment, and youth programs. All donations are subject to applicable nonprofit regulations.
Refund Policy
Donations and sponsorships are non-refundable. Registration refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy Policy
EB Bombers respects your privacy. Personal information collected will only be used for organizational purposes and will not be sold to third parties.
